Why Suboxone?
Opioids target pain-blocking receptors in your brain causing the release of endorphins that mimic pleasure. Suboxone negates the effects of opioids by blocking them from activating these pain receptors. It helps lessen the symptoms of withdrawals and cravings.

Dr. Willie J. Chester, Jr. D.O., M.S. – Dr. Chester is Board certified in Family Practice and is licensed in 4 states. Involved in the addiction treatment industry for 8+ years now.
Dr. Thompson
Dr. Thompson attended the University of Alabama School of Medicine and completed a residency in Family Medicine at the University of Wyoming in Cheyenne. She has worked as a physician in the tri-county area since 2000 and has treated patients with drug and alcohol dependence for over ten years. She joined the team at Moore Recovery in January 2023.
